Duntov Motor Company was organized around the recreation of a legendary racecar. Our experience with this project dates back to 1965, when we ran the 12 hours of endurance with Grand Sport #003. The Duntov LightWeight debuted 40 years later at Sebring, in March 2005.
Since then we have developed the LightWeight to a degree that reminds us of the way it was when Roger Penske, Jim Hall, AJ Foyt, Dick Thompson, and Delmo Johnson gave Carroll Shelby a headache that lasted several years.
